Crystal’s Heart Healing House Retreat - A Safe Place for Parents to Remember, Connect, and Heal Crystal’s Heart Healing House offers a private and intimate retreat for parents who have experienced the devastating loss of a child due to addiction, alcoholism, fentanyl, or suicide. During this five-day retreat, parents share a peaceful home with others who understand the unique journey of child loss. Every part of the experience is designed to provide comfort, emotional support, spiritual renewal, and meaningful connection in a safe and compassionate environment. Retreat experiences may include: * A touching Candle Lighting Ceremony honoring our children * Supportive group sessions with other Angel Parents * Creative crafts and healing activities * Classes, guest speakers, or special presentations * A heartwarming group lunch in the charming town of Ellijay * Time for quiet reflection, rest, and connection * Thoughtful gifts and keepsakes * Comfortable lodging in a private and secluded setting Everything takes place at one location, making the retreat peaceful, convenient, and free from the stress of traveling between activities. Arrival and Check-In - The first day of each retreat is always on a Wednesday. **Check-in is from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM. All guests must arrive by 2:00 PM.** Arriving on time gives you an opportunity to settle into your room, become familiar with the house and its amenities, and prepare for the first group session. Our opening session, **Getting to Know Our Angels**, begins promptly at **3:00 PM**. Retreat Guest Donation - The guest donation for the five-day retreat is **$1,200 per person**. The retreat donation includes: * Lodging * Meals, snacks, and beverages * Retreat amenities * Group sessions and classes * Crafts and activity materials * Special gifts and keepsakes * Scheduled outings and retreat activities * Guest speakers or specialty classes, when available Scholarship Guests - Scholarships may be available for qualifying guests. Scholarship recipients are responsible for a **$100 craft and activity supply donation**. Reserving Your Place - A **non-refundable $100 administrative fee** is required to reserve your place at the retreat. Because Crystal’s Heart Healing House provides a small, private, and personal retreat experience, space is limited. Your reservation is not confirmed until the administrative fee has been received. Come as you are. Bring your memories, your love, and your child’s story.

Cancellation Policy
Cancelation Policy NOTE: We do have an administration fee of $100.00 which will be deducted from all cancellations. The non-refundable deposit is intended to hold your reservation. If you cancel your participation in a retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply with no exceptions. We understand life happens and we wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, or a “forgotten affair or event”) however we have cost already incurred upon registration for food, activities, supplies, etc. We have designed our cancellation policy to be compassionate as possible. Cancellation refund amounts before the retreat are as follows: Canceling before 10 weeks, you will receive a 100% refund less the administration fee of $100.00 Canceling between 8-10 weeks you will receive a 50% refund minus administrative fee of $100.00. Transfers: You may transfer or sell your registration to another person. However, if selling, you may not charge more than what you paid, and they would attend in your place. This is strictly between you and that parent, and you need immediately notify us of the transfer with their information. There are no refunds or credits 8 weeks prior to the start of the retreat. To reduce your loss, selling your reservation is recommended. Again you must arrange the sale or transfer of your reservation and immediately notify us of the transfer with their information.
